24-hour Repeat Prescription Ordering
Our automated phone service lets you request items that are already on your repeat prescription, without waiting on hold. It verifies your identity, reads out your repeat medicines, and submits your request directly to our clinical system for the team to review.
Please note: it cannot be used for new or “acute” items, dose changes, or messages for the practice.
Order your usual repeat medicines any time, day or night, using our secure phone system.
📞 Call 01622 745 585 and choose the option for automated repeat prescription when prompted.
Setting Up tour PIN (one-time)
- Call us: 01622 745585 and choose the relevant option (you will use the same pin for ALL of our Automated Telephone Services)
- The system will guide you through simple security checks (for example, your date of birth and your registered phone number or postcode).
- Create a 6-digit PIN you’ll remember. Keep it private. You’ll use this PIN to place future orders also.
💡Practice Tip:
When setting your 6-digit PIN, pick something memorable but secure — for example, part of an old phone number or a relative’s date of birth. Avoid using your own date of birth or repeating numbers (like 111111). You will use this for ALL of our Automated Telephone Services.
