The Department of Health wants to ensure that patients are more involved in decisions about the range and quality of services provided by their GP surgery.

 

We are very pleased that we have a Virtual Patient Participation Group at Greensand Health Centre.

You are able to join the group by liking our facebook pagebut we will also keep you informed via our quarterly newsletter and website.

 

The aim of the group is to make an important contribution to the wellbeing of the community. The group’s activities include obtaining patient’s views on practice services, carrying out surveys/questionnaires and many other projects to assist the surgery.

 

The surgery considers all patients of Greensand Health Centre to be Patient Participation Group Members.
